Terms of service

BuildNomadic is a showcase, learning resource and video-first publishing project. You may browse projects, watch videos, follow links, join the newsletter and suggest ideas. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit unlawful material or infringe another person’s rights.

Every remixable project is provided as a starter template for you to inspect, learn from, change and use as the basis of your own project. It is not a finished, tested or managed product supplied to you. Remixing, copying, deploying or relying on a project is entirely at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, maintaining and operating anything you create from a BuildNomadic project. This includes its code, content, accessibility, performance, availability, data protection, security, payments, taxes, licences, third-party services and compliance with all laws that apply to you. You must check that you have the right to use every asset, integration and service before launch.

Projects, templates, videos, articles and other materials are provided “as is” and “as available”. I do not promise that they are complete, accurate, secure, error-free, fit for a particular purpose or compatible with your intended use. Technology and third-party services change, so a project may stop working or behave differently over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildNomadic and its operator are not responsible for any loss, damage, claim, cost, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption or other consequence arising from your use of this site, a starter template, a remix, a linked service or anything you build. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Links to Lovable on this site may be referral links. If you sign up through one, both of us may receive credits at no extra cost to you.

Lovable, live demos, integrations, payment providers and videos or links involving YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Kick or other services are operated by third parties. Their own terms, privacy notices, pricing and availability apply. BuildNomadic does not control or accept responsibility for those services.

If you choose to join the mailing list, you agree to receive BuildNomadic project, article and channel updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using an unsubscribe option included in an email, where available, or by contacting me. Unsubscribing does not affect the lawfulness of messages sent before your request.

Suggestions are voluntary and should not contain confidential information or material you do not have permission to share. You keep any rights you already hold in your submission, but you give BuildNomadic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to review, develop, adapt, publish and film the idea or a similar idea without payment or an obligation to proceed. Sending an idea does not create a partnership, employment, client or confidentiality relationship.

BuildNomadic branding, original written material, videos and site content remain owned by BuildNomadic or their respective rights holders. The ability to remix a starter project does not transfer ownership of that branding or editorial content. Any third-party code, assets and services remain subject to their own licences and terms.

I may update, remove or stop providing any part of the site or a project without notice. I may also update these terms when the service or law changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
